Factory Built Racecars = Better than any other cars

What an amazing experience and opportunity thanks to Dan Morillo for his generosity. Dan has been coming to Speed SF for a few years and always a pleasure to have out. He offered the chance for me to take out his Porsche GT4 RS Clubsport racecar for a session this past weekend at Laguna Seca.

The biggest mental shift for me with this car was being able to really put pressure into the brakes and get amazing feedback. You can see I take it relatively safely in brake zones like Corkscrew, but confident next time I hope in something like this I will be faster.

While I am a little disappointed in my time, I have to acknowledge that traffic is a real problem with a car of this magnitude haha. My bad habits (getting on throttle too soon) are amplified in this car as well haha.

Either way I was beaming after this experience and can't wait for more proper race car experiences in my future.
