With the celebratory "yeehaw" for Turn 10, as is customary. It was a strange day at Sonoma, lots of crashes in the morning left me a bit hesitant to send it. Finally felt pretty good in the last session of the day and got a somewhat messy but relatively quick lap in.
There is still plenty of time on the table, hoping to keep improving and drop down to 1:56s or 1:55s with the current setup.
Driving an '04 Honda S2000 in NASA TTC for the first time. Official time via transponder is a 1:57.797.
Performance-enhancing modifications as follows, in order of importance:
Hawk DTC30 pads with Motul RBF600 fluid
Bridgestone RE71R in OEM stagger (215/245)
Sparco Ergo M seat with Hard Dog roll bar
Toda baffled oil pan
ACT Prolite (8lb) flywheel
