what a weekend with @globaltimeattack & @superlapbattle at @cota_official. even with the car issues that were entirely my fault (buying new tools for doing a proper brake bleed), I still put down lap times @cota_official that I’m proud of, especially considering I went out with an un-tested setup on a track I never been to.

Saturday session 1 I got a 2:38, session 2 I got a 2:35.6, skipped session 3 to help @whoisjaimeee with his car, and butchered session 4 when I spun out while testing what no rear wing would feel like (can confirm it got rid of the under steer but the rear attempted to pass the front in turn 4). In that 4th session, @whoisjaimeee pulled ahead of me with a 2:35.2!

Sunday session 1 on my hot lap (and on the back straight while doing 140mph+) my brake pedal kissed the floor. still managed to slow down the car and turn a 2:35.2, but @whoisjaimeee with his driving and build pulled ahead even further with a 2:33.5. He continued to be a beast and shave seconds off, closing out @superlapbattle with a 2:32.1! Congrats @whoisjaimeee !! CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG BUT THAT’S AN RS CHASSIS RECORD FOR COTA!

A proper brake bleed is on my todo list, and hope to one day return to COTA to put down a better lap time for myself.
