The Alpine has 290bhp and a weight of 1100 kg giving it a good power to weight ratio but its speed isn't in supercar range, To help make up for its lack of straight line speed its been modified with Life110 upgrades including stiffer springs, better pads and hoses , rear spoiler and a track geo. The S also has stiffer roll bars. Its probably possible to knock a few seconds off this time but Goodwood is unforgiving with zero run off so not a place to push a new car.
