First time at BW Circuit and it was a hot one - temps topped out around 104F!
I'm happy with the result given the lack of experience, fatigue, and high temperatures. In general the track has interesting elements but feels broken up into very small distinct sections that don't flow well into one another. I think W2W racing here would be incredibly engaging but that's not something I would get into.
This lap was messy - technically lap 4 after battling a bunch of Porsche traffic - and the tire temps and pressures were already high but managed to hang onto the bull! Was looking forward to following the McLaren for a bit but the session got black flagged due to an accident at T8 - a corner that tends to catch people off guard. T7 was also one that people made a lot of mistakes around.
