Doing some recon of the 5 mile track before Lucky Dog 1000 Miles of Thunderhill in November. S2000 did well on track and everything felt dialed in. I got into a groove early and was staying with the fast line drivers. 

The track is really fun and very technical in a "it's familiar but new" kinda way. T8E is the same but setting up for the transition took some getting used to. I'm still not sure the gearing for the top of the hill (brake less and longer to turn the car in 3rd or short and late like in the video in 2nd). The run from the transition to T3W (Dorito) is so fun and adds a different flare. Friends and I were discussing set-up for T7W Bypass since its way more open than the hairpin configuration but the exit is shallower than you'd expect (as demonstrated by the Mustang). Can't wait to W2W in a few months.
