Renault Megane 3 RS CUP-S @ Hungaroring onboard 30.06.2023

This was an extra round of Track Masters Central Europe Time Attack Cup and it was AMAZING! Being a Formula 1 one fan for my entire life, it was a dream come true to be racing on an actual F1 track 🤯 I visited Hungaroring previously as a spectator, but that's a whole different story when you're attacking all these kerbs with your own car, and you do a lap in twice the time F1 does it 😅 The weather was awful for racing, 30°C and more, track shape doesn't really allow any cooling of the car, and it was the first time ever Meg started to overheat seriously. I lost my A/C and in order to keep Meg cooler, I had to get the warmest air possible on myself 🥵 This allowed me to do ~4 laps without cooling the car, but I won't lie, I missed A/C a lot and melted inside this French sauna 🥲 I still loved it! I really had a lot of fun, the onboard is my fastest lap at the end of the day, when the car wasn't going as fast as in the morning anymore and unfortunately I overheated the Direzzas as well, so it's super cool that such a lap gave me the third place in my class! 🥉 I regret a little bit not attacking 2:10 lap time, but hey, I can always come back 😎 Awesome weekend and a great team work for my frog, my hubs and myself ❤️
