Another visit to mandalika, @themandalikagp with JFF @justforfun.sby @mandalikaprivatetrackday and this time @rizqy_motorsport let me test their beautiful M4 50 Jahre edition, and it is very fast for a stock standard car owned by Mr. Mawan, @xxlilmpek, @blackyym4c
i am quite surprised it could get 1:49.78 in a stock form with stock Pirelli BMW star marking tyres. i still make mistakes too with the limited run i get. i believe a faster driver can do 1:47-48 and my racechrono also shows 1:48 theoritical optimum lap if i string every corners correctly.
the flowing circuit like mandalika favors smooth hard braking with trail braking to follow. it prefers hard jab of the brake and ease of slowly to keep the rolling speed high… also all the corners are linked together, you need to be precise and link everything correctly or you will loose alot of time.
all in all this car is leaps and bounds over its predecessor and the long wheelbase helps its stability on high speed. steering imput is tricky but just a matter of getting used to.
overall one of the best BMW to date ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and the big Nostril is growing on me 🥰
