Not my best showing at Sonoma, 1.5s off my PB despite the perfect conditions. I simply did not have any confidence in the car. Still plagued by front left tire bleeding air (came in at 15psi after S2) despite having the tire remounted last week. Will be ditching this wheel setup shortly.
This lap was provisional P1, but I was outdone by a heroic effort from Miles who logged a 49.9 in his Gen 1 to take not only P1 for the day but P1 for the championship. All credit to him, I only made it to 5 events this year so didn’t have much expectations for the championship.
Making some exciting changes over the winter and running it back in Touring class for 2026!
