Enjoy this mix of Youtube Live Stream coverage from Kyle Heyer and Alex Moss, in car GoPro angles, and helmet POV over the course of two laps during the Podium Sprint at Gridlife Autobahn, 2025.

In my second time ever visiting the track, I had a LOT of ground to cover. In order to qualify for Podium Sprint (top 5 in class) you had to break the track record set by Peter Granberg in 2024, a 1:32.0. The car was running well despite fighting a few gremlins as per usual for any track weekend. I've been working all year to improve my driving and eliminate self-induced understeer and it was all coming together this weekend. I knew the pace could be there but typical Time Attack challenges with traffic and shortened sessions due to mechanical failures kept the optimal times hidden until Sunday morning.

After dropping 8 tenths off my time and making it into the Podium Sprint by the skin of my teeth, I locked in. I kept repeating in my head, "You don't have to be perfect, just be good enough." That mantra put me in the zone and in the hottest track conditions of the weekend I came seemingly out of nowhere and surprised everyone with a lap time good enough for P2. Just 3/10ths off the new lap record, a personal best of 1:31.7
