New personal best lap time of 1.41.893 with a passenger in the rain and in colder conditions (8-10°C) at Mosport Grand Prix now called Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (CTMP) Grand Prix, a former Formula 1 venue and the fastest race track in North America. This is our first time out with the new aggressive track alignment and our first time in the rain at this circuit so the driving lacks precision and mistakes were made - a lot of time left on the table. However, just after this PB session, we switched passengers and experienced a failure with the transmission and the car was done for the day. Fortunately, there was an excellent recovery team on standby and the car was recovered without a problem.
