The crew and cars hit Streets of Willow for another private track event. We recently acquired this car, sitting for a while. This was our shakedown to decide if the drivetrain was in good shape. Didn't expect much due to bad setup, old tires, suspension locked at bad camber -4.1F / -1.8R due to parts/fitment issues, barely any grip under load. Adding hot temp conditions, all cars were 2~3s off pace.
Drivetrain is stock. Pads had 1 day left in it. Old RC1 tires (275s square). Running a test kit for Silvers Coilovers with less than ideal spring rates.
Mechanically, the car did fine all day, inspiring confidence to finally deep dive and dial it properly.
