New PB but not by as much as I'd like to see on the RT660s. Wasn't really focusing on hitting a target lap time on this day. I've been in a bit of a slump this season so I've been trying to reassess how I'm approaching my driving. I feel like I've been overthinking things due to feeling like I've been driving "dumb" or lazily, but I think that this approach has been counterproductive and led me to focus far too much on some idea of optimal execution/line/timing etc rather than simply feeling out and working with the car as I had been doing. At this event I was focusing on driving the car rather than the track, and trying to really pay attention to how well I was keeping the car on the limit and working along with it. The other obvious change is that I'm trying a wider line through T3 once again after reviewing Paul's data. I was definitely able to run much higher min speeds consistently, but I have yet to determine if it's actually faster overall than the inside line I'd been using previously. My execution on hilltop in this lap is poor, so I'm not sure it's a great reflection of the overall impact of this T3 line on the sector.
