Malcolm Edeson is a British racing driver, known for his involvement in motorsport, particularly in GT and endurance racing. These are getting really popular in the UK and Europe now and I did a coaching day with a team of drivers looking to compete in this years 24hr race at Silverstone. I'd never driven a C1 racecar before so went out and did a few acclimatisation laps. This was the first flying lap and only reasonably clear one. It was a busy day with 4 drivers so never got chance to drive again but it was great fun.
Lap starts and ends later in the lap as traffic in the other parts.
For those who don't know, these are pretty much standard C1 road cars other than the safety equipment required to go racing. Power is set at ~68bhp and they use normal treaded road tyres
