The weather didn't cooperate for getting any fast laps at the NASA Great Lakes Autobahn event, it's tough to turn fast laps in torrential rain. We did get a couple of dry-ish sessions but I barely improved lap times from last year so no fast lap video. This video is a lap of an exercise HPDE 3 does called "Monster Pass" where a group of 3 or in this case 4 cars drives as a pack executing passes of multiple vehicles at a time. It's a fun exercise to build situational awareness and practice keeping your eyes up and head on a swivel. I'm by far the slowest car and least experienced driver in this pack so the other guys pass faster, especially the guy in the blue Supra. I'm in my 1999 Porsche 996 with lots of track mods and really worn Azenis 615 tires.
