Video comparison of the fastest laps on 4 different days, under different conditions, in my 992GT3RS on Dubai Autodrome GP Circuit.
Conditions of tires and track as well as traffic and a passenger result in a 3s range in lap time gap, from 2:08s to 2:11s. One factor has the most significant impact on lap times, and you'll see it clearly in the video comparison.
