1999 BMW E36 M3 with S54 (328 whp SAE5) at 2520 lbs with fuel and driver. 245/40/17 Hoosier A7 (1st event). First time competing with Grid Life, knew I didn't have a chance in the Unlimited class with some of the other monsters in attendance but definitely worth the whooping to participate in such an awesome event! Regardless, not sure how I feel about my performance... Haven't gotten in much driving this year but this is the second event in a row where I missed my target time by almost a second. Maybe I am losing my touch or maybe I just believe in my car and myself too much, but I expect a lot more and it’s deflating to say the least. Either way, so nice to be back at Laguna after all these years! Thoroughly enjoyed getting behind the wheel and chopping it up with so many rad people over the weekend.

This is my fastest lap from Saturday morning (Q2). Not a perfect lap by any means. Mistakes in quite a few places, a sandy T2, and fuel cut in T9 (too low on fuel) but it's the best I put forth and I'll have to be content with that.
