A lot of Canadians descended on The Ridge Motorsport Park in Shelton, Washington. for the On Grid Time Attack Ridge Wars 2024 (May 10 -11). On Grid put on a great event and we had a blast, most of us set new personal bests, even though it was over 31 degrees celsius, and some of us took home some hardware. I managed to set a new PB shaving 6 tenths of a second off my time from last years event to post a 1:49.53 which was good for 2nd place in GT class and my Supra twin and friend Matt drove very well and dropped over a second from his PB with a 1:50.77 to take 3rd place in GT. Our cars are stock 2022 GR Supras, except for camber plates, 200TW tires and upgraded brake pads, so we were pretty happy with the result. The best part of the trip was hanging out with so many of our "race car family" members and all the support and encouragement everyone gives to each other.
