This is a New Track Record at TWS for an OEM street tire, street legal, showroom stock vehicle. Joey Todd who handles the record keeping was on hand and verified the event, Thanks Joey. I must admit the Trofeo R's do very well, but the pressure the P1 puts on them makes for a tidy lap or you risk putting too much heat in them resulting in loss of lap time. The P1 hit a sustained peak G of 1.79 in Turn 7!!! Most impressive for a 245 front tire even with the uphill compression of the car. I am beyond impressed with the aero, drive train and overall engineering of this car. The point which gets the most respect ahead of all others is the owners desire to track this car with commitment...it is a great opportunity to be chosen and trusted with such resources and for that I am also Thankful beyond words. I hope you enjoy the video if you watch it...J
