On June 10, 2011, the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR made history once again by overthrowing the previous New Jersey Motorsports Park lap record by a full 12 seconds with a time of 1:28.084. 

Kuno Wittmer was behind the wheel of the street legal 2010 Dodge Viper ACR as it set the production car lap record on the Thunderbolt Grand-Am chicane course configuration.
