Sanair Super Speedway
Sanair Super Speedway Примечания:
Sanair Super Speedway is a comprehensive motorsports park located in Saint-Pie, Quebec, Canada. The facility's main feature is a 0.826-mile (1.329-kilometer) paved triangular oval race track that was built in 1983. The facility gained international prominence when it hosted the Molson Indy Montreal from 1984 to 1986. The tiny oval attracted the cars of the CART World Series between 1984 and 1986, making Sanair the shortest oval ever used for Indycar racing.
The motorsports park includes multiple racing surfaces and configurations: a 0.250-mile (0.402-kilometer) quarter-mile dragstrip, a 0.333-mile (0.536-kilometer) oval, a 1.243 to 1.25-mile (2.000-kilometer) road course, a 0.120-mile (0.193-kilometer) mini-oval, and a 0.150-mile (0.241-kilometer) karting course. The facility can accommodate approximately 2,000 spectators and operates primarily for drag racing events, track days, and karting today. The variety of track configurations makes Sanair Super Speedway a versatile motorsport venue serving multiple racing disciplines in the Quebec region.
