After missing most all of my practice and qualifying with LF suspension problems I wasn't able to set a valid lap and started 28th on the grid for the race which ended up being my first real session on track at the Ridge. Throughout the race I learned the track and started to get into a decent rhythm. I moved up to 6th overall by the end and posted my best lap on my last lap running a 1:52.2.
While being a half inch toed-in the car was quite darty but drivable. We were maxed out on our adjustability with two slightly different tie rod ends on both sides which created a problem we couldn't really fix trackside.
The Ridge was incredibly technical but super fun. I definitely feel I need a few more sessions to get more comfortable with the track but considering the car was ill handling and I was learning the circuit on the fly in the middle of the race I was happy with our pace by the end of the 25 minute sprint. Can't wait to go back up to the Ridge on a warmer weekend!
