Falken RT660+ (1st Track Day)

First event with the new Falken RT660+ tires. Gradually pushed the tire for the first session, and got a brake pad life warning during the second session. Pushed it a bit for the third session, but lost even more brake power and had to call it a day.

Decent tire, but it has to be managed different than the RE-71RS. The sidewall stiffness and optimal pressure is similar to the RE, but It's not as instantly 'on' from cold. Apex speeds are about 10% less than the RE, which again could mean it was not up to temp (which I couldn't keep in because I couldn't brake as hard).

We'll see how they hold up when it gets warmer and I actually have brakes, but I'm thinking it's about 1 to 2 seconds slower per lap that the RE.
