One of the fastest drivers around Clark International Speedway (CIS) has finally set a lap at Batangas Racing Circuit. Mark Savino returned with his Porsche 911 GT3 RS, this time stopping the clock at 1:40.50.

Mark was running on new Michelin Pilot slicks, which unfortunately weren’t the right size for his 911 GT3 RS—the fronts were too narrow and the rears too wide. He reckons he can go at least a full second faster on Hoosier A7 slicks.

But we’ll have to wait a bit longer for that record run, as Mark rarely visits BRC.
