Saturday April 12, 2025 - After 3 years of not been able to compete due to the K-Swap 'curse', I said 'screw it' and signed up for time trials. Went into TT1 not expecting to win against 500+ hp cars, but got lucky and placed P1 against one more car. After all the headaches, I'll take it!
Had to come in early as the Haltech IC-7 dash lit up giving me a heads-up that temperatures were getting spicy. As I pit in, temperatures climbed up to 148F. Ouch.
After the car cooled down, I bled the system once more, but couldn't get the thermostat to open this time. Just got to wait to try the next day.
The good:
First place trophy!
I got my competition fix.
The bad:
I'm rusty AF. My best time at this track in ST5 trim was a 1:21.34. Got to get back into the groove after been out for so long.
Temperatures. Still trying to find that gremlin.
