First track day in the GT4 RS. This is one clean lap from a morning session, about five laps into that session after having to abort prior attempts due to traffic (this would remain a theme throughout the day). Given the margin, TC intervention, and other small mistakes, I'm certain a sub-1:40 is in the cards for this car on this freshly repaved track.

I started the day with ESC off and TC on, just to keep myself from doing anything dumb with 500bhp. You'll see it intervening in a few key places including the exit of T2. Later in the day, I turned everything off, and I'm happy to report that the car remained as confidence-inspiring as ever - and four tenths faster through sector 1 alone. Also, note to self: stop short-shifting! 9kRPM!

I could still do with a little more front-end grip, but overall I was happy with the balance of the car on this setup.

First time on track out of the way, I can't wait to have it out again in a smaller group where I have room to do a proper single out lap, single push lap attempt.

Only modification: Yokohama Advan A052 in OEM sizes. By the way, they held up very well!
