Daytona Circuit Akaa

Daytona Circuit is a motorsport facility located in Akaa, Finland, at the border of Urjala, Akaa, and Hämeenlinna. The circuit opened in 2020 and occupies a total area of 9 hectares. The track is approximately one kilometer long and is fully asphalted, providing a high-quality racing surface for various motorsport disciplines.

The circuit is equipped with distinctive features including banked turns and significant elevation changes, making it particularly interesting by Finnish standards where most circuits are relatively flat. The design includes a banked horseshoe section that reflects the original plans for an oval circuit. The track is illuminated with lighting systems allowing for nighttime operations. Daytona Circuit Akaa serves multiple forms of motorsport including folkrace (jokkis), rallycross, karting, crosskart, and rally cars, as well as cycling and roller skiing. The facility's versatility and unique banking features make it a notable addition to Finland's motorsport infrastructure, offering varied racing experiences in a compact, well-designed venue.
