Il Yas Marina Circuit è un circuito di corsa di grado 1 della FIA progettato dal famoso architetto tedesco delle piste Hermann Tilke e in funzione dal 2009 a Yas Island, il centro di svago, shopping, intrattenimento e attrazione turistica appositamente costruito ad Abu Dhabi, uno degli Emirati Arabi Uniti. Yas Marina ha ospitato il Gran Premio di Abu Dhabi di Formula 1 sin dalla sua inaugurazione nel 2009, essendo anche l'ultimo evento del calendario di F1, di solito disputato a metà novembre per far fronte alle temperature estremamente alte del caldo deserto arabo. Il Gran Premio di Abu Dhabi è l'unico evento di Formula 1 che inizia al tramonto per lo stesso motivo, ma l'illuminazione e il panorama della pista sono ideali per offrire intrattenimento di prim'ordine per il pubblico presente sul luogo e in TV.
