The Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST is a summer tire that combines performance and durability in the passenger car market segment. It's a customized design for the AWD Nissan GT-R that enhances quality, handling, and traction on similar high-end vehicles. It employs Dunlop Self-supporting Technology with a run-flat capability that guarantees over 50 miles of operation after a tire puncture at a 50 mph top speed, supporting the car's weight thanks to its reinforced sidewalls. The Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST's internal structure features twin steel belts supported by Dunlop's unique jointless band spirally-wrapped polyamide. The tread depth of the Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST varies according to tire size, going from 6/32'' up to 9/32''. It's a high-grip, silica-reinforced tread compound molded into an asymmetric tread pattern, including a CTT profile that combines ride comfort, handling, and extreme traction. Its outboard shoulder blocks and center ribs enhance the overall responsiveness and superb cornering. The shoulder ribs combined with three circumferential grooves and notched inboard demean the potential risk of hydroplaning.
