Huracan GT3
The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 is a purpose-built GT3 racing car developed by Lamborghini Squadra Corse for international GT3 competition, based on the Huracan production supercar platform. The GT3 features a modified version of Lamborghini's 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine producing approximately 520-550 horsepower depending on Balance of Performance regulations, delivering power through a six-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox with paddle shifters. The V10 redlines over 8,500 rpm, providing characteristically dramatic Lamborghini V10 soundtrack and linear high-rpm power delivery.
The Huracan GT3 features extensive racing modifications including carbon fiber monocoque chassis with integrated roll cage, full carbon fiber body panels, advanced aerodynamics with adjustable front splitter and rear wing generating significant downforce, racing suspension with adjustable dampers and anti-roll bars, six-piston racing brake calipers, center-lock magnesium wheels, and comprehensive electronics including GT3-spec ABS, traction control with multiple settings, and data acquisition. Weighing approximately 2,712 pounds (1,230 kg) per GT3 regulations, the Huracan GT3 achieves competitive lap times against established GT3 manufacturers. Since its 2015 introduction, the Huracan GT3 has achieved numerous victories including class wins at the Daytona 24 Hours, Sebring 12 Hours, and various championships in Blancpain GT Series, Pirelli World Challenge, and national series globally. Lamborghini Squadra Corse provides comprehensive customer support including technical assistance and racing parts programs, making the Huracan GT3 popular among professional and gentleman driver teams competing at the highest levels of GT racing worldwide.
