We had an amazing weekend at Laguna Seca. This was our first time driving at Laguna Seca and we also added a lot of new upgrades to our A90 Supra including:
- Supercar 3R tires
- Pure 850 turbo
- Custom E85 tune by Mike Botti

As with all MK5 Supra (and BMW's), the right hand turns caused us to have to "drive around" fuel starvation from fuel sloshing to left side of the fuel tank. After half the day of playing with E85 fuel mixtures, we decided to short shift the straight coming out of the 2nd right-hand turn to stop the car from going into "protection mode" w/no power for the rest of the lap. As you can see, there was still a lot of time left on the table, but without the ability to do multiple laps in a row at full capacity, the difficulty was in getting into Rhythm and tying all the turns together. 

Having previously been in B3 class for BimmerChallenge, this is the first event we competed in B1 class. Our 1:36.698 was good enough for 3rd in B1 and 3rd overall fastest lap time for BimmerChallenge!
