So, I was coaching at ViR abouth a month ago. Always, at some point, it comes down to getting in the car to showcase what I am asking my clients to do. Then the pressure is on.

Always, the first time is the hardest. Getting in and performing in a car with worn tires, odd dash displays and telemetry glitches, on an unvalidated setup, with no warm-up or discovery phase, on a track with lots of traffic, and only a couple of laps to deliver a perfect reference, takes focus, hyper-awareness, humility, and gusto.

Well, this wasn't the case. This is when you don't feel one with the car, the car is not misbehaving, but it's doing something unusual. These are the laps that will define you in front of your client, but could make you go from hero to zero in one corner.

This is why you'll see me being very reserved in this video; doing a lap at 7/10s, managing an oversteer moment out of hogpen to complete the lap. Why? Because my spidey-senses were going off, and I thought the car didn't have another lap in it.

At the end you'll find out if I was right or wrong.

Enjoy it.
