The Pontini Racing 2014 BRZ was ready for another test after a big round of repairs since their first ChampCar race. Weight was down to 2570 lbs, sans driver. The Bilstein PSS dampers had seen better days, esp. the right rear which seemed to be dead. Better alignment than before made for a much more neutral setup.
Running the same 450/450 spring rates, Brembo BM4 front BBK and GLOC R8 pads, full cage, etc. Terry had noticed some weirdness with the transmission and engine in his stint, so Jason went back out to see what was up - and he ran the car's best time of the day. We assume the problem was solved when we power cycled the ECU?
