We made it to Sebring to officially crown our build as a track car. This was my first time ever on track. My HPDE1 instructor was amazing and very knowledgable. It is 100% worth it and a huge level of added safety to get your feet wet with someone coaching you through. This was our best lap of the weekend. The goal for the weekend was to break the 3 min lap mark, and we did just that. Slow and steady I got better with each lap, and had great feedback post runs with my instructor. Admittedly, I was late to brake going in to turn 1 on this lap, but my instructor kept cool, caught my attention and guided me through. Can't wait for the next Track day to improve upon all I learned, and to build my knowledge to pass on to Kat.
