First time running the 1CW config which extends the track past 13cw's Sweeper and instead goes down into Star Mazda. Star Mazda braking zone is a bit bumpy and much tighter than the sweeper; however, due to the elongated distance before the esses, I arrive to the esses nearly at the speed I would exit the esses in 13cw (Top of 3rd gear / just shifted into 4th).

Spent the previous day getting comfortable with the car on 3r tires and learning the layout. By this session, we were running with the advaned group and were able to put in multiple laps with little to no traffic.

This was a lovely weekedn with PCA-SDR who only comes up to Buttonwillow once a year. Everyone was very friendly, car counts low, session every hour. The only negative of the weekend was heavy fog sunday morning which cut out 2 of the morning sessions.
