What can I say? Elephant in the room, there is lot's of time left on the table. Every time I watch this I see something I could have done different. Let's cover off some stuff first. It's taken me all summer to sort out this car (Peaches). Peaches is 2001 Corvette Z06 with about 430whp and weighs about 3100lbs. The tires were flat spotted (and I mean it) Pilot Sport Cup 2 Connects with about 30 - 40 odd laps on them. The car has stock suspension all around from a C6.
Ok...with all the problems I have had with this car (long story for another day) this was the first time I was able to set a lap time without having to constantly monitor gauges or fear of an oil fire! So I did just that...put one lap together and I'm happy with the result.
Next year I will trim it down. I have to.
I'd appreciate your input if you've got any on where you take a different line. I can already see plenty of areas in this lap where I can improve.
Thanks for watching, please like if you enjoyed and subscribe!
