This was the final race weekend of 2022 with NASA Northeast. After my Toyo RRs were outside of their optimal heat cycles, Mike Natilli let me borrow his set of 12HC Maxxis RC1s. I had never driven on them before, but I immediately began liking them after the first lap in practice. The tires heat up very quickly, about halfway into my out lap. Like with the Toyos earlier this year, the Maxxis tires allowed me to run a bit more power in ST5 which helped in traffic. Patryk's BRZ was an absolute weapon in the corners. We all had dinner together afterward to celebrate a great season.

After some changes in the grid, I started on the front row in P2. It was a MIGHTY scrap with Patryk in his BRZ for the lead. Mike Natilli wheeled the heck out of his E36 M3 and battled with Ahmad in this GT86 all race long. Great performance everyone!

This was my FIRST ever win, and I'll never forget it. Hugh and the Hi-Speed Motorsports crew built an absolute rocket ship, and I cannot thank them enough for all the work, preparation, and guidance this year. Should you jump over to one of the Super Touring classes (where the party is)? That is up to you, but this video proves how the different builds of cars can all compete closely together. The competition ON track and the camaraderie OFF track make ST one of the best NASA series.
