My first round of 86 Challenge officially in Street class! I knew I had to very quickly adapt to the new setup on the difficult West circuit in the morning if I wanted to bank in a competitive time. I had a good lap at 1:26.50, but I then immediately binned the proceeding lap that had almost 4 tenths of improvement by sailing straight in the braking zone of turn 7...
But the first lap was already enough to take P1 and also the street class record 😵💫😵💫😵💫. Definitely feeling a bit mixed as there were obvious gains that I could have made into an even better driven lap.
