Back at VIR with my modified Porsche 911 S. First time back driving since last November. The suspension components have now all been replaced! This was my first time running R-comp tires on the 911, and I was also driving with PASM disabled. Still have the stock seats, desperately need cage, seats, and harness, as I'm spending way too much effort to stay planted in the seat. Given the lack of seats/harness and first time getting familiar with R-comps on the car, I was happy with the 2:11 times I was putting down over the weekend. Will be back in the fall and am looking forward to getting down to my optimal times or better, 2:06's.
The car is a Porsche 997 S with a manual on Toyo Proxes RR tires, AP Racing brakes, Fabspeed exhaust, Tarett suspension components, custom racing coil-overs, and intake with some other mods. The seats and belts are stock (for now).
