9-19-25. What a strange day at the track with weird weather and many delays due to other cars going off/having mechanical issues. Started off feeling very tropical with some residual showers after pouring all night. Super slippery conditions in the morning eventually improved to the point where the track dried out for some push laps. Unfortunately by then the temps were also pretty warm and my tires were on their last legs and making my laps very spicy. It still felt good to get out there and put the new Dundon Valkyrie aero to work. Again, with some better conditions and grippier rubber I should easily be able to best my PB of 1:47.76 from earlier in the year.
Regardless of the conditions, it's always a great time with SDC hosting!
