Going into day 3, everyone knew the morning session would be the best as the last two mornings had rained, and it was - I managed a 1:34.875 in the Sunday AM session, however other people went faster as well and after everyone had completed their laps I was behind my FWD Elantra N competition by 0.05s. I decided to do what I could to attempt some scrappy laps in the PM session (in much worse temps), and while I'm off my marks clearly in T9 and T11, I managed to somehow throw something together that was able to improve just under 0.1s, and while several of us were ahead today of the 1:36.060 from last year I did enough to jump the Elantra N to claim the new FWD Street class record!
