These 4 laps and particularly the last 3 in a consecutive serie are my best driving stint ever. Following the advice of Daniel from the day before I was trying to cause a soft oversteer in the long corners to rotate the car: when done properly this helps to get a better exit, but it is very difficult to find a right balance and avoid either a too hard oversteer that requires too much correction or underplaying it without enough rotation. Combining the second and third laps I think I can cut another half second from my best.
The last lap was also very nice: a Porsche GT3 overtook me and I started to follow. Obviously the driver of that car was not at a great level otherwise there was no chance for my Lotus. 95% of the other cars were of a different category, so it was nice to play with another car for once. At the a Ferrari overtook me, but it spinned just 10 seconds later in front of me. At the end my tires where almost gone and the car started to slide too much in the last few corners.
