Driver's Notes:
This was a really hot day, so our first session was the only real opportunity to go fast. Luckily, I was gridded behind a very fast driver, so I was able to chase him down, which in turn made me go almost a full second quicker than my previous PB! So stoked to crack into the 18's. From what I see in the data, I went quicker because I carried more speed into the bowl, the chicane, and I did much less coasting. Looking forward to pushing into the low 18's or even 17's!
