Edge Addicts Advanced Group on the full MSRC 3.1 big track counter-clockwise direction on Monday 10/19/2020. I'm happy with this time for my first day of driving on the full 3.1 course but there are plenty of improvements to make next time including the ones listed below. I had a 2:28 lap going later in this session but caught up to slower traffic around turn 11: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcDB4UJ1r8I. I took turn 1 faster at the end of this video but that overall lap was not faster...I was far from combining all of my fastest sectors on a single lap. This was from the final mixed double-up session at the end of the day. EA put on a great event with tons of track time packed into a single day.

Unmodified car with traction/stability control fully disabled, fresh set of OEM Goodyear Supercar 3 tires, track alignment (camber: -2.3° front, -1.4° rear, toe: 0° front, +0.05° rear per side [+0.10° total rear toe]), StopTech STR 600 DOT 4 brake fluid, front StopTech 309.14050 Sport Brake Pads (very similar feel to stock pads) and rear stock pads, GM plastic track brake cooling deflectors. The car is in track mode with touring steering mode. Ambient temperature was about 63°F with an overcast sky all day.

Big thanks to those who posted these two faster laps for helping me learn the track layout beforehand. I was told by a track member who drives here regularly that it is possible to get an SS 1LE on stock tires into the 2:24s under perfect conditions but the fastest video I could find was below in the 2:27s:

Improvement notes for next time:
- G meter graphic suggests that I could brake a bit harder and later to fully utilize available tire grip for all straight line braking
- 3rd gear through 1 may have been faster overall (unsure)
- braking too early and softly before 2
- didn't use full track width on left before turning in to 5, slower gradual throttle application after turn 5 bump, keep steady throttle of about 50% before and through the bump
- over braked before 6 on that lap
- could carry several more mph more before 7 and brake later/harder before 7
- didn't use full track width on right before turning left over the hill before 9, maintain about 50% throttle while cresting that hill, gradually get back to full throttle for a moment after the crest
- likely didn't gain from using 2nd gear out of turn 10, maybe +1-2mph if the back end doesn't slide
- braking too softly and too early before 12 and missed apex of 12
- didn't use full track width and rumbles coming out of 14 and 15, could have gone faster through there
