Going back to Luddenham Raceway after a few mods. Massive difference from the first track day. Not exactly a stage 1 due to the DME having issues, so the tune isn't 100% complete. My driving needs to be more precise and smoother in order to improve but that will come with more track time in this car.

Could only hit consistent 55s (55.2 best) as the track temperature approached 30°C. Will be aiming for 53 seconds when I dial out the understeer, change the open diff to a mechanical LSD, finish the stage 1 tune (stage 2 might be necessary) and colder weather!

Only issue was the brake pedal going very soft after 6 laps so will need to run Motul 600 brake fluid (or equivalent), plus install air ducts to the rotors as they were red hot!

Specs:
•2012 BMW 135i DCT N55
•MHD STAGE “0.75” Tune. Peak 200RW KWS at 12.1 PSI
• Weight is 1620kgs
• AD08R 235/40, 255/35/18 34PSI hot
• DBA T3 & T2 rotors, Ferodo DS2500 Pads
• DSC off

The excessive weight and skinny front tyres really disadvantage this car as well as how much the rear end floats through corners, I have zero confidence until I get the appropriate M3 bits to stabilise it.
