Great day at RMM with my son. Has been over a month since my last PB. Got very close a few times, but had trouble breaking into 1: 42's again since that last PB.

Today both myself and my son celebrated a new PB! Can’t complain about the cold weather at all.

Was resisting making any changes to the car and just work on my driving. However, I decided that I have maxed out the car as it was and decided to see if I could make the front bite a bit better. Like it did that day I got my last PB. I just couldn't get the car rotating in the tighter corners, unless under trail braking. Hmm, going through my notes I recalled that I dialled OUT a bit of rear height as the car was very tail happy and a bit of a beast. Decided to bring some of that back and see how it goes. I raised the rear approximately 1/4" and wow, what a difference! Car is finally turning like I want it.

Started the day with a couple mid 1: 42's (both PB's) and then managed this 1: 41.80 on the third session.

Actually almost lost it in turn 16 on the session before this (and one reason you will see a huge gain at the end of this lap)... Got a good tip from Maxx (our local Pro driver) to maybe stay in 3rd instead of the shift down to 2nd coming on to the straight, since the car is rotating like I want now... Thanks for the tip Maxx (and all the other tips over the year that I basically covered pretty much the rest of the lap! haha).
