First time at T-hill.

Questions to those more experienced, turn by turn:

Turn 2. A little bit of a hard time with this one - the apex is much too far to see to aim for, so where should I be looking? as far down the road as I can see?
Turn 3. Really tricky for me: if I stay to the left side of the track (for better entrance?) I get the worst of off-camber, if I stay closer to the right - I get pushed out before the apex :-/. What's the best choice?
Turn 5 into 5a: In the cyclone, coming over the crest - where should I aim to place the car for best position to turn into 5a?

Then I have more questions about the new section, but there's no official track map yet with turn numbers to easily identify the tricky turns.
