Ride along for a casual 2:08 lap of NCM in our C8 "base" development car. This lap is an attempt to minimize sliding the tire while "coloring inside the lines" (not running the aggressively profiled exit curbs). NCM is a track that exploits and magnifies any weakness in a car. It's mix of low/mid/high speed corners, compound corners, elevation change and aggressive curbing make it a real setup challenge. Our focus is on making performance EASIER to extract with each modification or setup change we develop for these cars. I hope this lap will help convince you we are on the right track!

* take a look at the lap that follows this one in the data file as it was a quicker opening segment (-0.6) using more of the rear tire on exits, but stifled by traffic halfway through the lap.
