So stoked to finally feel like I’ve connected everything I’ve been working on the last year between IRL driving and sim driving. Car didn’t make it out unscathed but it’s part of the game I’m just happy I was able to drive and be out on track with loads of great people!

Day 1 started off great, car was running perfect and I set a RS4 PB of a low 1:56. That gave me a good feeling we’d PB this weekend with all the new additions. Session 2 I heard some clunking during left turn in. Got back to pits, jacked it up to check for anything loose. Of course I find out both front wheel bearings have play. So I removed both spindles drove home and replaced bearings and seals. No more driving rest of day 1. Day 2, fresh bearings and feeling good. I threw on the rt660 setup and went out for session 1, I PB’d by .6 from last year, hitting the sub 1:55 region. Checked bearings again small play, axle nuts tight just slowly dying brand new bearings. Session 2, 3rd lap I hit my goal of making it to the 53’s! Shortly after the lap of 1:53 I started to feel the bearings even under light load while turning. That ended the day before anything serious happened. Terrible luck with 5x100 bearings. Next step is new hubs and knuckle or swap to 5x114 :(
