Really big beautiful race track with lots of expensive fast cars, there and good drivers.
This track is near Seattle so there’s 3 groups levels. In the most advanced group, there was some really nice machinery, including a Superlite SL-C that was did a 1:35 laptime!!! Even the open wheel cars were in the low 1:40s. I did many 1:48s and a bunch more near that which is quite fast, but there were people faster than me, but not much!!!!
And certainly no sedans!!
I put my granny stickers in the back rear windows and wrote some words in Italian. Everyone was having fun. It was a great weekend.
Giulia ran excellent busting out on most every car every session.
It was also neat when I pulled in the paddock. A bunch of people ran to my car and told me how much they loved the Giulia which was nice.
Had an interesting session with a yellow Corvette that wouldn’t let me pass them. If you want to fast-forward to that it’s pretty interesting what he does he goes off right and then goes left and then spins on the track. I had to drive off track pretty far to avoid him and I only missed him by a foot or two.
And for things like this, that’s why my car has 4 inches of ground clearance!! no problems at all from my car!
I was running 325 with rear tires this weekend. I’m bumping it up to 345s!!! I’ll still be running the 295s on the front.
